RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days right of return. The right of return expires 14 days after the day you receive the shirt. You will have to bear the cost of the return shipment.

The right to return or exchange is conditional on the shirt being unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you wish to return or exchange a shirt, you must do the following:

• Write an email to info@carolinedesigns.dk with your order number. You will then receive a return label.
  
  
• Pack the shirt as it was when you received it.
  
  
• Then you can send the shirt back - remember to get a receipt for the shipment.
  
  
• Once the shirt is received, you will get your money back minus the shipping costs for the return.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

You have a right of complaint for 2 years.
